Encrypted on your Mac
The saved relationship memory uses encrypted local storage. Source credentials and local keys use macOS Keychain. Your information is not turned into a shared public people directory.
You choose what connects
Kluro reads the sources you authorize. Reading a source is not permission to send email, change an external event, or publish on your behalf.
Local memory changes and personal follow-ups are handled through the app’s own operations. Imported messages supply context. Actions in Kluro follow the controls you choose in the app.
Memory you can inspect
Source references help you understand why a detail appears. You can correct mistaken context, keep separate people separate, and remove data. These controls are included in the core experience.
Tell us about a concern
Please email kwon@kluro.ai with a clear description and steps to reproduce. Avoid including live credentials or unrelated personal data. A clear reproduction helps us investigate and resolve the issue.
