Let’s get you
back to your people.

A connection question, a detail that needs fixing, or something about your plan. Start here.

Getting started

Install Kluro on your Mac and begin with one source. Complete the macOS permission or provider sign-in requested for that connection. The website update record lists recent improvements to Kluro’s public site. Read the Kluro guides for Messages search, contact organization and keeping in touch.

Get Kluro · Explore sources

A source needs attention

Check the source’s connection in Kluro and complete any requested sign-in. For local Mail or Messages, make sure the source app and its history are available on this Mac.

A connected account can only supply the information available through its particular route.

A person or detail isn’t right

Use Kluro’s correction controls, or explain the correction in the conversation. Keep distinct people separate and make your intended meaning clear.

Include only the relevant detail when contacting support. There is no need to send your whole relationship history.

A billing question

Open billing settings in Kluro to see your plan and available subscription actions. For help, include the purchase email or receipt reference—not your card number.

Talk to us

Email kwon@kluro.ai. Describe what you tried and what happened. The app and macOS versions can help us investigate.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or your full local database.

Help with source access

Open Sources in Kluro and choose the account or Mac source you want to connect. Review the permissions shown by the provider or macOS.

If Google shows an app-verification warning or limits access to an account, stop and contact kwon@kluro.ai with the source name and the message shown. Do not send a password, verification code or conversation archive. Source access is controlled by the provider and your account permissions.
